Refund and Returns Policy for Waiyaki Way Beekeepers
Waiyaki Way Beekeepers (“we” or “us”) is committed to providing our customers with high-quality bee products and exceptional service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent refund and returns policy.
What can be returned?
- Unopened and unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Damaged or defective items can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 2 days of purchase. Please provide photos of the damage upon request.
What cannot be returned?
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
- Perishable items like fresh honeycomb or live beehives cannot be returned.
- Beez Dawa cannot be returned due to regulations on bee medications. (Check local regulations for restrictions)
- Products purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Waiyaki Way Beekeepers by email at info@waiyakiwaybeekeepers.co.ke or by phone at +254 712 640033 or +254 705 921194 to initiate a return and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Carefully pack the unopened and unused item(s) in its original packaging.
- Include the original packing slip and RMA number with your return shipment.
- Ship the return to the following address:
Waiyaki Way Beekeepers Returns Department Along Muhuri Road.
Return Shipping Costs:
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us to confirm availability and arrange the exchange. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs and any difference in price between the original item and the exchange item.
